Our Relaxation classes benefit those attending by setting aside time to unwind and learn new techniques for daily use. These classes are facilitated on Mondays in Clydebank from 11am-12noon and in Dumbarton from 1-2pm. Relaxation classes run in blocks of ten sessions.
Chriss McKeown has been facilitating Relaxation in Stepping Stones for a number of years and has developed the sessions to incorporate mindfulness techniques.
