Person Centred Counselling is a talking therapy that can help people to take greater control of their life and improve their confidence. It does not specifically focus on the past or present but instead it allows the person to turn the focus on what is important to them now. The support usually lasts for 8-12 sessions with possible extensions.
Person Centred Counselling support includes:
- Empathic emotional support
- Non-judgemental support
- Confidence building
- Personal development
