One to One Support

Individual support can be offered in many ways in Stepping Stones. We pride ourselves in offering different types of support from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based support to general mental health support. The following 1:1 supports are currently available;

  • Guided CBT
  • Five Areas Approach (Workbook based CBT support)
  • Little CBT books – Living Life to the Full and can be offered in a group also
  • Behavioural Activation – for people who have a depressive illness
  • Support Work – for people who need support with practical issues
  • Person Centred Counselling
  • CBT
  • Reiki
  • Head & Shoulder Massage.
