This course involves participating in slow, gentle movements that help focus and balance the mind and body. It is great for relaxation. The course is facilitated at the Dalmuir Community Education Centre on Wednesdays from 6 pm – 7 pm and runs in blocks of ten sessions, four times per year. Linda Taylor has been facilitating this class for a number of years and like all of our services you can self refer by contacting us directly.
