Relaxation

"I look forward to relaxation class every week. It is one hour totally devoted to me to just chill out."

This class meets on a weekly basis to set aside time to unwind and allow members the opportunity to learn new techniques in relaxation for daily use. The Clydebank Relaxation Class meets at Stepping Stones on Mondays from 11am – 12noon, and the Dumbarton Relaxation Class meets at the Concord Community Centre hall from 1pm – 2pm on a 4 x 10 week programme throughout the year.  Chriss McKeown has been facilitating Relaxation in Stepping Stones Relaxation Classes for a number of years.
